i rarely watch movies these days worth mentioning but in an attempt to connect with denmark i searched ‘danish movies’ on netflix and coincidentally found a really compelling and beautiful film called after the wedding (not a romcom fyi). it made even my cold hearted self feel emotions. so there’s a recommendation for you.

To Hold Myself Accountable

The week after Easter Sunday I will experiment with an all vegan diet for one week. Interested to see how it goes and how creative I can get with my meal planning. Will I miss my eggs and yogurt as much I think I will? Stay tuned!

The amount of research I have put into leaning about modern mormon culture this week is embarrassingly substantial. All of this stemmed from learning about how mormons have heavily embraced the pinterest community and I just went from there. It’s unreal and crazily fascinating. But now I feel like I should have a research paper to show for all this obsession. Bah, academia is getting to me.

Got a parking ticket the other night for parking by the library, but the sign said the lot was only controlled 3:30-7:30 (UK permits only). I was at the library from 9-10. Why did I get one? Anyway, my car is not registered at UK so they don’t know who I am. Do I really have to pay it then????

All I want to do is make spicy gingerbread people and host holiday dinner parties! Is it so wrong that one of my grown up dreams is to host my family’s Thanksgiving meal?
